Great location. Clean. The staff was overall friendly and accommodating. Manager was very helpful when we needed to extend a day.

The location of the property is perfect. Plenty of restaurants and bars easy walking distance away. The room, the beach and beach restaurant were excellent. The staff everywhere but the front desk were excellent and showed excellent friendly and inviting island hospitality.

The front desk clerks really need a course in hospitality. Besides the gentleman working the front desk, the ladies appeared annoyed, uncaring and unwilling to do anything beyond the posted hotel guidelines. There was on in particular with the initials of MM who really needs additional training on excellent customer service.
